There are five key steps in our acquisitions process:
- We mutually enter a Non-Disclosure Agreement
- We hold an informal meeting to learn about your business
- If both parties are comfortable, we’ll ask for detailed operational information in order to make an appropriate offer
- If our offer is accepted, we will carry out the necessary due diligence
- An acquisition contract is issued and, when agreed, funds are transferred
Our process of integration involves retaining your name, pricing structure and trading practices and we are unique in this approach.
